1- Will my output color same as my laser printer output or in my monitor?
There is not possible to achieve 100% color quality as in your laser printing and monitor. Pc monitor is using RGB mode whereelse our printing is in CMYK mode. Color displayed on your computer monitor is created by projected or additive light. Therefore there is no guarantee that the finished products are exactly matching your laser printing, monitor, or digital print outs. Different printer, be it inkjet or laser printers will have varying results.
2- Can you guarantee that the output printing color same as my sample?
It is known in the printing industry that printer cannot guarantee that they can match your required colors 100%. Even from one commecial printing firm to another, there can be differences in the outputs. If you require a better match color, you can send us the digital proof.
3- What file format do you accept?
We only accept .AI [Adobe Ilustrator ] format, pdf, psd [Adobe Phooshop ] Besides that, you may want to consult us if you are using Ms. Words.
4- How can I send you the artwork?
You can email to us at ifast99[@]gmail.com : please replace [@] to @. If the files are too large, you may contact us.
5- When my order will be done?
Between 3 - 7 day working days.
1- For Name card with Matt lamination = 4 Days
2- For Name card Art card paper = 2 Days
3- For name card with die cut + Hot Stamping + Any furnishing = 7 days
4- Banner / Bunting : 4 days
5- T-shirt :
50 - 100pcs = 2 days
100 - 300pcs = 4days
300 pcs - 700 pcs = 6 days
700 above pcs = 7 days
: If there are no problem with your artwork and the deposit had been pay to us.
6- What is the difference between RGB and CMYK mode?
RGB is the color mode used for display devices such as monitors and televisions, and it is not printable. Computer's monitor uses RGB.
CMYK refers to the 4 inks used by printing presses.
C is Cyan, M is Magenta, Y is Yellow, and K is black.
A mistaken oftens made by customers when submitting printing job. CMYK mode is required as we need to separate the objects into 4 colors so that a separate printing place can be made for each of the colors.

8 - How ifast deliver finish goods to customer?
- a- We used Skynet / Pos Laju to deliver it to your doorstep. The postage charge is under customer responsible.
- b - I Fast will send it to customer by hand [ On customer request ] or, customer just come to our shop and take it after complete the payment.
